Generate Residual Income

My current job bores me most of the time (enjoyable sometimes) and pays me a low salary (lowest I have ever made in my career). I have a job offer from a job I would love to do however they are starting me at a salary that is really close to what I make now (and it would add a 45min commute to my finances).

I’m torn between just getting out of this job and accepting the offer, with hopes they give me a raise as they say the will after 3 months. Or..keep my current job and take a part-time job on the side to boost my income…

I’m really stuck and can’t seem to figure out what would be best. And my boyfriend just tells me to do what I want…ugh…so confusing.
