After observing the pattern of businesses in this area and doing some primary market research, I discovered a gap in the market. Although Holt park district centre offered many services,it failed to deliver a dry cleaning service (in my opinion a significant element in every community!).During my investigation, I discovered that other distant communities included successful dry cleaning service, this really encouraged my idea. A launderette represents the perfect business opportunity especially in the Leeds 16 area ,since there aren’t any similar businesses to compete with.This will give me the upper hand on how I run my business and flexibility, it also means the business has potential of generating a high income.

More importantly, a launderette will benefit the local public such as students accommodated in the area, those already travelling far for the services and the elderly. In general, it will also help the community with inexpensive simple services such as drying clothes ect. By attracting consumers from all social backgrounds it has great potential of becoming a standard service in the district Centre.If in demand, it could possibly influence the market share. Overall, providing a Launderette fulfils one of the basic needs of living -clothing.

Bethany monavie sounds good and looks similar to the zrii drink and the zrii business opportunity, with everyone helping you and that. The only thing that really caught my eye about the zrii is that it is being endorsed by Deepak Chopra’s – Chopra Center For Well Being!

I was pretty impressed with all the info i got and am trying to get a sample from the guys at www.thegumteam.com – have you tried a sample of your product does it really work? LOL

Does either business generate enough to sustain an ok income or is it just that extra cash for a rainy day?

For instance, last year I bought an apartment building and my investigation of whether it was a good financial opportunity consisted of looking at the gross and net incomes for the prior 3 years (verifying income and expenses) , looking at the market rents and occupancy rates, and calculating the average sales prices (on a per unit base) over the past 6-12 months within a 1 mile radius. All that information was used in my financial assessment of the deal and to help me decide whether it was worthwhile.

Looking at financial statements is key in buying any business, but I have never heard of this in MLM. Other than statements made at a meeting or from their sponsor, what financial criteria is being used to decide whether the MLM "business opportunity" makes sense financially and is it ever verified?

What exactly did you verify? That the plan would pay a particular compensation percentage? So, you are telling me your upline number’s, someone who is supposedly making money running this MLM business, was of no interest to you?
